This is only the beginning.

It is my sincere hope that this book is a conversation starter.

Since I began sharing my own journey, I have been continually struck by the openness and vulnerability people have shown and am immensely grateful for the many ways people have let me into their lives.

I have always cherished the deeply honest discussions I’ve had with people about their careers and love being a partner in making change. In that spirit, this blog will be a space to expand on topics in the book and provide additional resources. It will also be a space to share the questions and discussions that I believe could benefit other readers (anonymously, of course).
